2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

*Personal Training, Cage Rentals and Private Lessons: If you need to cancel or reschedule a personal training session, cage rental or private lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and reschedule your session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

*Baseball Camps: Due to the nature of our baseball camps, cancellations and rescheduling are not available. Once you have registered and paid for a camp, your spot is reserved, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Exceptions

*Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency or injury that prevents participation, please contact us with a doctor’s note or relevant documentation. We will review each case individually and may offer a credit for future services at our discretion.

4. Weather Policy In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule affected sessions or camps. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations or rescheduling.
